Get your passports at our Township offices!  Cindy is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday to process passport applications.  You will need to bring a birth certificate with a raised seal, two passport photos, photo ID and two separate checks - one for $110.00 made out to the Department of State and one for $25.00 made out to Otsego Township.  For more information about passports, click on the image below.
