The Planning Commission meets at the Township Hall the first Monday of each month in which there are applications to consider. Members & their ending term year of the commission include: Roger Rumble (2026), Jeff Polonowski – Secretary (2027), Andy Webb (2027), Scott Reising (2028), Mike Bosch (2028), Brad Ade – Chair (2026), Ronald Elhert (2027), Noah Boyd (2026), and Township Board Trustee Karen Burns (2028).

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets as needed to hear variance requests. Members of the board include: Tom Burns (2026), Chet Vanderploeg (2026), Jeff Polonowski (2026), Zana Williams (2028), and Rick Moll (2028).
