A Passport Agent is usually available by appointment Tuesday-Wednesday from 9AM-3PM to process passport applications. Calling to make an appointment in advance is required, to ensure that an Acceptance Agent will be available. You will need to bring a birth certificate with a raised seal, one passport photo, photo ID and two separate payments. You will need to bring a check or money order made payable to the Department of State (no electronic payments accepted and no cash). The second payment for the processing fee paid to Otsego Township can be made via check, money order, cash, or card.
